The Serenity and Serendipity are releasing part of a Special Valentine's Edition and will be in the 60 Linden weekend sale. This is from the Dressing Aphrodite Spring Bridal 2010 Collection. The Serenity pack contains five different skirt options and three top options. The Serendipity has three different styles to be worn. There is a veil available near the Serenity gowns, for those who are looking for one. This is a great deal for brides and bridesmaids. These gowns come also in deep pink, blue and green tones.

Continuing the work on the formal gown range, here are more to be released - the Allure. This gown may look effortless, but creating the textures right, shading right, colors right, took way more time and effort than I had imagined. When I visualized this gown, the first visual was of the blue one, and I am inclined more towards earthy tones, but after creating, I would say I like all three colors equally.☺

Update: I have pulled my clothes off slexchange for now because I want to wait and see how the new slexchange system works, since it wont have free listings anymore. I will repost them on slexchange after the new rules come into effect, and I get a better understanding of the charges and process involved.

Planning to launch a whole collection of evening wear, so I will refrain from announcing it inworld, until all is ready. But here is a sneak peek to the Verve formal wear outfits.
Each set has three different styles of outfits that can be worn; a short skirt, a long asymmetrical skirt and glitter pants. The Verve Midnight is discounted.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Growing up I received one dress for Christmas, New Year's Eve and my birthday. That was cause they all fell close to each other. However, Christmas is still my fav time of the year. And this Christmas I want everyone to share in the spirit. I have released the Verve (Midnight) at the main store. Come grab your free copy!
P.S: Wanted to create a festive outfit that wasn't red. Why does everything associated with this season have to be red, green or with big bows? I beg to differ.

New release at Dressing Aphrodite include the Eve silks. This silk has been released in six colors: Deep Green, Deep Blue, Crimson, Cognac, Purple and Black. Here is a picture of Eve silks in green. It has gold accents and a delicate floral pattern on it symbolizing leaves.

Revisiting the Aphrodite Silks, Dressing Aphrodite has launched the Earth tones and Fire tones range.
Earth tone silks come in; Lavender, Blue & Peach shades

Fire tone silks come in; Deep brown, Green & Red shades

There is a tattoo inscribed at the back that means 'Love' in Greek. It also comes with grecian themed anklets.

There is something about this silk that appeals to a lot of women, and I decided to launch it in fire tones as well as earth tones because thats how I envisioned the greek goddess of love to be clothed. The earth tones showing her softer beauty whereas the fire tones showing her passion.
